Has Juan McLame forgotten that the bill Reagan signed failed to achieve the intention of stemming the torrent of illegal immigrants?
Previous Immigration bills in 1965 and the 1986 Immigration Reform Control Act (Simpson/Missoli Act of 1986) only made matters worse.
