Ask yourself this. If that many people spotted it and reported it, why didn’t they find the shooter?

Because they did not WANT to find the shooter.

Look, you seem committed to your reasoning. I really am not in the convincing business. If 200+ eye witnesses mean nothing to you, so be it.

And how many of those witnesses saw the plane itself?

I put ZERO effort into my eyewitness accounts, yet 2 of the 3 mention the terminal explosion of the aircraft.

You’re right! It’s been taken to a big hangar built in an extinct volcano where thousands of men in matching one piece overalls are ready to blow up the White House/UN/Pentagon/Fort Knox* (delete as appropriate) unless the world’s governments give the master criminal a billion dollars bwahhahhahhhahh!!!! Call in James Bond he’ll sort it out with just seconds to spare before sailing off with some beautiful girl to a tropical island.

Or maybe the plane suffered a catastrophic failure and crashed into the South China Sea.

I know where I’m putting my money.

I’ve seen a crashed f16. There was a fire but there were also plenty of unburned fuel on the ground and in unbleached fuel cells.

>>>Two of them happened to be in a Navy plane (National Guardsmen)

Just as a point of correction....the Navy doesn't have national guardsmen. It only has reservists. The Army and Air Force have reservists and national guard. The Marines and Navy only have reservists.

There actually is a difference....and a very important one: The reservists (title 10) have the president in their chain of command, the guardsmen (title 32) have their governor at the end of their chain of command....unless they are mobilized and turned into title 10 assets.

No, it ignites. If it exploded it would ruin the engine. It is a controlled burning.

A deflagration is a propagation of a combustion zone at a velocity less than the speed of sound in the unreacted medium. A detonation is a propagation of a combustion zone at a velocity greater than the speed of sound in the unreacted medium. An explosion is the bursting or rupture of an enclosure or container due to the development of internal pressure from a deflagration or detonation as defined in NFPA 69 (National Fire Protection Association).

How many times did this exact plane and/or hundreds like it sit on runways in Saudi/Iraq/Middle East/Las Vegas/Phoenix under almost, if not identical circumstances? Numbers would indicate that in your 4 cases, something else happened.

Since 1960's the FAA and aircraft manufacturers have had two choices to prevent undesired fuel combustion. Either remove oxygen, or remove the ignition source. Removing oxygen (and replace with nitrogen) has been available since the 1960's. FAA and commercial airliners chose ignition source removal, because of weight considerations. That has been largely successful, but not entirely so. Just like many other safety considerations.

Why would they not want to find someone who shot down an American airliners? We went across the globe to get the mastermind of 9/11

Why would they not want to find someone who shot down an American airliners?

The economy.

The disruption of airline companies would have been Biblical.

If you can deny it, you can avoid the financial fallout.

9/11, on the other hand, was a little harder to deny.

According to the Malaysia military and them solely the plane flew west to some of the deepest water in the region 1,000-5,000 feet deep. It might take a decade to to find any debris.

Nothing to see here...move along.

Conversely, if the plane went down in Vietnam waters, trust there won’t be any unofficial investigations.

Trust that the prodacol for shooting down a rogue plane is in place, implementing that takes minutes.

Creating a plausible cover story...well this takes much longer. Hmm...what might that look like in the news short term?

The cover story serves the greater good, who wants to be the first government to order the shoot down an airliner or the entity physically tasked with the shoot down? => Think greater good.

The Clintons were not looking for the shooter. Despite the WTC bombing, the meme was that there was not a terrorist threat, except from gun toting white Constitution reading right wingers. (Funny how that keeps popping up when there is a Democrat in the White House).

The FBI took over the crash investigation from the NTSB, and despite interviewing a whole slew of people, managed to avoid interviewing the people who had seen what appeared to be a missile.

You don't find what you don't look for, especially things you refuse to see.

Traces of PETN on seat fabric were blamed on using the aircraft to train explosive sniffing dogs, but iirc, the people who acquired the fabric and had it tested were arrested and prosecuted for interfering with the investigation.

Perhaps, the one thing I see is most of the passengers were Chinese, correct? So, it seems the wrath of China would be what to fear in this situation. China would not be content to see it just swept under the rug.

Unless China was party to the decision to down the plane?

What was the Soviets response to Chernobyl? They denied it, then down played it, then dedicated three quarters of a public address to the assertion the three mile island was a worse accident.

The only witnesses here are air traffic controllers, in China or Vietnam they can be killed and the relatives moved and/or imprisoned. See simple.
