"I didn't know..."
Yes, you did.
To: Libloather
kay, if you now have to fix it, why did you help write it and then vote for it, kay hagan? If it was broke when you helped write it but you voted for it anyway, why should anyone trust you to fix it? kay, I think you are lying again!

Here is one “burning question” for you Senator Hagan: why are you and other senators and their staff members exempted from Obamacare if it is such a good law?

As I've made clear, I didn't know that some insurance companies would use that transition period to sell outdated plans without fully notifying consumers that they would no longer be available in 2014. "If you like your plan you can keep your plan". "If you like your Doctor you can keep your Doctor".

In 2010 Hagan had the chance to vote for a GOP proposal that would have grandfathered these”outdated” plans. She voted no.
She didn’t care then and she’s only pretending to care now because she’s in big trouble.

Yup. Their plan was to pass it and then go on a big denial tour in 2014 because they’re not stupid - they knew exactly what a disaster 0bamacare was. But they couldn’t tear down the country and rebuild it to their specifications without it.

Speaker Tillis would let insurance companies discriminate against preexisting conditions, charge women more.."Whay sort of moron would run for public office and be totally ignorant of the fact that "insuring" pre-existing conditions has never been part of the 300+ history of the understanding of the definition of "insurance."
It can be called many things (welfare comes to mind) but insurance, it isn't.

What Ms Hagan fails to mention is that these insurance companies weren't selling anything more or less than they sold before passage of Obama/Hagan Care.
What should insurance companies have done when Obama/Hagan Care was passed: stop selling policies all together.
And many people who owned these policies owned them for years before Obama/Hagan Care was passed.

"I didn't know..." "Yes, you did."
And, if you really didn't know, Kay, you weren't paying attention. Or were too stupid to understand what you voted for.
In any event, you are not qualified to represent the good people of North Carolina in the U.S. Senate.
