We fixed that crap in Houston by imposing a dress code back in the late 80's and 90's.
If you were a clubber back then and felt safe inside, now you know why. I used to teach
our off duty officer security to spot trouble before it started and we never had fights.
It's not training that can be told, it must be shown. Doormen in just about every
good club learned the drill and passed it on.
I think PC is killing their industry.
