I expected Obama to be a destructive, ineffective, anti-American thug who would waste trillions of tax dollars while trampling the rights of decent Americans and doing everything he could to make terrorism easier for our enemies. I’m disappointed that Obama is dramatically worse than I expected.

Exactly. The numbers are meaningless. It should be zero percent. And the reason given for their dissatisfaction should be, “Because he is overstepping the powers granted him by the Constitution and spending money on programs unauthorized by Article 1, Section 8.” There was a time when nearly every ordinary American citizen would have recognized this and articulated a similar response. But the American people today are woefully and pathetically ignorant of our First Principles.
