When they don’t mention the race of the suspect in a gang rape or a drive-by shooting or a walk-by sucker punch, we know exactly what it is.

Actually, the aforementioned crimes are pretty much exclusively committed by one particular segment of society.

I just have one question I would really like answered, and if it is answered, then I think I can solve the world’s problems.

Here it is: Why is it our modern day well-equipped Law Enforcement can’t catch a bunch of juvenile delinquents running around with their pants down below their ass ?
