“It’s just political theatrics as the Senate would never Impeach Obama....this guy knows that.”

So give us your better plan, caww.

What did his guest do when he walked out?

Duco’s advice is always sound in these matters: “If you need to ... don’t talk.”

...”What possible benefit could their be for doing it”....

None except to make people feel like they’re doing something...but it would still be for nothing.

Politicians are playing on a stage we never see....do you really think enough of Washington would even begin such a process with the time lines as they are now? It would be simply something they could attach their name to for political gain (votes) and do nothing to stop what OBlunder is doing in the now.

So yes it would be a great waste of time .....

It's fruitless conversation to even be discussing impeachment. ...

Doing what is appropriate accomplishes at least two things. One it rallies folks who agree with you. Two it articulates a message to the low info types that there is a problem.

Understand?

Note the use of indictment is combined with the recognition that the Court has no role in the process until the person is expelled from office. Then he/she is subject to the criminal process like any other private person. But in the minds of most people, especially the lawyers who fill the national legislature, they think in legal terms rather than political ones, even though one reason why we have party government is to avoid the use of impeachments.

Our only out of this situation is the elections ahead...it’s just there are those who cannot handle this guys going to finish his term, and that doing pretty much what he wants to....he has no resistence powerful enough to stop him...and until ‘the people’ are hurting a whole lot more than they are now things will continue as we see them.

I don’t put full blame on Obama at this point...but perhaps more so on Congress and our party for dragging their feet when it came to when they could have stopped him...they folded time and again.....Obamacare passing is a good example...and for that matter when they put up McCAin to fake running for President....as well as Romney.

IMO Cruz and Lee and those with them are about the only chance we have to surmount this mountain ahead.....so our time and money should be with those who understand that without changing the Repubican Party and or overtaking it......there is little we should expect to happen favorable on our side between now and the next election.

I have no idea who "Duco" is, but in the case of politics both talk AND action are required.

There’s another conservative running for the seat, so now he is doing antics to get attention. Personally, I like the credentials I’ve read about the other guy better. Someone talked about him here on FR a couple days ago.

This is the squeaky wheel candidate. Everyone will know his name, if they don’t know anything much else about him.

...”Doing what is appropriate”...

Well that would be fine if you can get the majority ‘in congress’ to agree with you. ..and that it has traction enough to move beyond talking, which is all we’re doing here....and frankly all our representatives are doing.

I don’t see a public cry for Impeachment...nor do I see many of our guys even beginning to think about it.

Come on! Convince me otherwise!

We’ve had enough of ‘Articulated messages” to sink ships yet they still float along. It has been said that only the people can change this situation...and I’m not convinced there are enough that could move congress nor any other movement to change this before Obama is done with his term.

That’s just facing facts as they are....as for low end voters...they won’t care until it’s time to elect again...and only if their pocket books are in the tank.

We need a Show. Impeachment needs to be done to bring into the light how
many LIES have been thrown in Americans faces. Nothing will come of it but
it still needs to begin. It's our process, and the hypocrites will be called out!

Benghazi Fast and Furious IRS-Gate Vacation-Gate Corrupt Attorney General NSA-Gate Boston Bombing Coverup

I agree, that with all these issues, the Obungler should be impeached. Unfortunately, we live in Obamaworld, where up is down, right is left, in is out, hot is cold. All these issues are feathers in his cap, plus he has accomplices in the stupid party. I wish this had some traction, but I am not confident.

...”Doing what is appropriate”...

You left off the rest of what I said and you didn't respond to it.

Here it is again...

Doing what is appropriate accomplishes at least two things. One it rallies folks who agree with you. Two it articulates a message to the low info types that there is a problem.

I would also add that there is no alternative plan.

Actually, I thought he said, if you're going to shoot, shoot, don't talk :-)

No need. Biden would be a tremendous improvement.

Impeached? He could behead a troop of girl scouts on the White House lawn during the Easter Egg roll, butcher them, barbecue them and serve them to all the participants and he still wouldn’t be impeached. And if you criticized him about it, the press would say “it’s a black thing” and accuse you of being a racist tea bagging rethuglican for bringing it up while licking their fingers and asking Michelle what kind of “awesome” spice rub they’re using and beg for more of that “delicious” macaroni & cheese and a refill of their Kool-aid.

I don't think so.

Although if you change 'girl scouts' to 'boy scouts', he could pull it off.

Takes a foreign trip.. kinda evades the press a bit. Meets with Putin somewhat secretly.. and now that he’s back he wants to file Articles of Impeachment.

Maybe he knows about the billions of dollars in bribes Obama took from the Arabs. In which case he may have a short life-span.
