What is treif foods—non-kosher?
One of Savages low lights had to be after the Pettit family murder case in CT. He actually speculated that Dr. Pettit might have done it himself, I swear! If you will recall, the murders of the wife and daughter were horrific, and included sexual assault. I think at least one of the perpetrators has been executed now.
Yes, treif is non-kosher. I honestly do not recall Savage’s remarks about the Pettit murders. That was truly an atrocity. The perps should have been drawn and quartered, then fed feet first into a wood chipper. And even that would not be enough to punish them for what they did. I am glad that the husband and father of the murdered has now managed to make a new life with another, and already has a new child.
There’s a Tom Petty channel on satellite radio?
Petty, so petty, and this time I don’t mean Tom Petty.
This reminds me of a time a year or so ago when Greg Gutfeld had come out with a book around the same time as one of Savages. The books were reviewed together, mostly favorably in some (I think mainstream) publication. Naturally Savage wanted to read it, but he would t mention Guttfelds name or the name of his book. It seemed to me that most hosts would have gone ahead and mentioned it.
Now Ive finally read the Politico piece. Savage is claiming the old Allen Ginsberg stories are lies. I don’t think that this is a good way to play this, because I think the stories are true. Are they old? Yes, very old. Do people change? Yes, of course. Are the news sources leftleaning ones generally disliked by conservatives? Yes, but it’s still out there. The way I would play it is “Yes, OK, it’s out there, I’m a different person now. We all did stupid stuff in our youth. What else you got, Sean?” (Maybe not that last part.)
Its funny how Hannity will come up with all this research on Savage but never said a word about Larry Sinclair and Obama and the war the Prez declared on Sinclair.
Yes it was him, grating voice indeed.
I like Levin, but yes. They need to let it go. It benefits no one.
-— Cant stand Kuhners grating voice -—
Yeah. Every word ends in K, and every other caller is “brilliant.” I listen to Levin’s podcast instead.
Now I listen to as much of the first two hours as I can take of his self-pity and his feelings of rancor against conservative competitors.
To him, as he has stated, it's just competition. That's all.
For the first time today I stayed for the full two hours -- never made more than 30 minutes before today -- but I almost bailed when he whined about conservatives coming to the aid of D'Souza -- as they should he allowed -- but none support him when he is regularly ruthlessly attacked; in typical Savage style he botched D'Souza's name as mishmash.
I think D’Souza was one of the people he claimed not have heard of a couple of years back. The other one was the media Research Council-Newsbusters guy. He needs to sharpen up and familiarize himself with more of these people.
Yup. Channel 600 something. Tom has done a one hour weekly show for years. That’s all they play. It’s eclectic stuff that Tom likes. Lots of blues and obscure 60’s tunes.
I would love that.
