Say, Lurch...do you mind if we get some people who actually know something about transporting oil and gas involved in this process? Or is this exercise exclusively reserved to ignoramuses such as yourself? Cuz this is kinda important for national security and everything.

Everything is being delayed until after the elections this fall. If the Dems can cheat their way to victory, and Republicans sit and suck their thumbs, Obama will be free to openly assume his role as First Dictator of the USA.
