See how they drop the subject for a few years and everybody quickly forget all the different parts of the subject.

Earlier when the subject of immigration and amnesty came up, you had to talk about other things also.

The Security and Prosperity Partnership
North American Perimeter Security legislation
The North American Union and the Amero
The North American Competativness Council(Transnationals)
Real ID(show me your papers)

Here’s a very simple six-step plan to solve the illegal immigration problem:

1. Make being in the US illegally a felony punishable by one year in jail for the first offense, three years for the second and five years for the third offense.

2. Any appeal of deportation would be only while being held in custody... no more catch, release and disappear.

3. Provide six months notice so that those who desire, will self-deport.

4. Fine employers $10,000 per occurrence per day for hiring illegal employees. If an appeal is desired, a cash bond of 50% of the potential fines is required first.

5. Implement a temporary worker program... limited to two years in duration. After two years, leave or be a felon when caught.

6. Hire Sheriff Joe to house the prisoners in tents in the desert... just like he does now. That is much cheaper than building prisons.

Easy peasy... get it done.

Christian social conservatives NOT WELCOME IN THIS COUNTRY. Deport Catholics back to MEXICO now!

Pardon me, but WTF does that mean ? "Christian social conservatives" don't commit criminal acts. "Christian social conservatives" don't spew out bastards on welfare. "Christian social conservatives" don't steal other peoples' identity.

If you're trying to imply we don't like Christian social conservatives, or Catholics, perhaps you're on the wrong site. DU would welcome you.

If I find a bona fide Christian Social Conservative who committed a criminal act will you admit you’re wrong?
