Anything can be hacked; I’m surprised it doesn’t happen more. Humans are the lead vulnerable point.

Glad my medical records are now available to everyone on the internet!

I had a need to go to the Minute Clinic at CVS to check on a potential sinus infection over the Thanksgiving weekend and found out that all the nurse practitioner needed to do was type in my name, birth date and driver's license and what popped up on her screen was my entire medical history for all my health, prescription, XRay, and blood test information!

I don't recall giving anyone permission to put my records out there on the 'net! What about the HIPA crap, a doctor or lab cannot tell my husband the cause or result of a visit or test, yet a total stranger at CVS (or anyone else, for that matter) has complete access to it????
