Well unfortunately, that's where the answer to all of this will be found. Origination definitions also define limitations and authorities. What everyone is arguing about is nothing less than authority limitations. We have a country of a third of a billion people who, polls repeatedly show, are overwhelmingly upset with their government. Yet out of all of those people, no one wants to nail down exactly where those govermental powers come from, and what their limitations are. And I don't mean "the Constitution." I mean exactly how the Constitution got turned into all of... this.

And until that is determined, then it is clear that by definition, absolutely nothing will change - because it literally cannot. That's why the Left and the RINOs have destroyed education.

Just don't do what the Judge orders so that it goes to a Criminal phase,
then take it to a Jury. Aids infectors and Pedophiles don't own our rights.

I had a Judge order me to pay a lawsuit once, I closed my company and left town.
And I don't do Business on the Left coast anymore.
