"Early 2014" is code for "never". But having a book of orders might be a valuable property to borrow against.

Great, but can they show a working model?

This is actually good news, though I am not sure if I would pay but a small amount prior to delivery and installation.
Wonder what the warranty is, and who provides it?

You can see pictures of what is claimed to be parts of a soon to be working model and you can see pictures of what purports to be actual models being shipped. How this can be when none have been built is a mystery.
The one claimed model is apparently still sitting in a warehouse somewhere in Italy.
Order now for delivery “early 2014”,(wink, wink)

Oh, I am 100% certain in my belief that it’s available for pre-order.
(Now ask me if I think it’ll EVER be delivered, or EVER deliver 1MW net energy...)

I’m still waiting on the Moeller skycar. How many popped some serious money for one of those?

Warranty? Sure and a Certificate of Authenticity on a decoder ring signed by Master Rossi himself. Noooo problem.

It will still kill fewer birds than a 1 megawatt windmill.

If you order right now they will double your order! (Just pay separate shipping and processing charges) That’s TWO for the price of one!

coal power is around $100 per megawatt-hour.Why do they only compare it to a technology that's intentionally being made prohibitively expensive by the government?
To: Kartographer
At a million and a half bucks I don’t have enough money to be that foolish.

I’m sure you’ve plopped down a $150,000 deposit on your pre-order already, right?

Yeah, but you would be the envy of the neighborhood! ;-)

I’ll believe it when someone plugs a lamp and a toaster
