good..........I was at a Target Superstore a few days ago and bought various stuff and decided to get a 6 pack as well.........at the check out they wanted my id......now get this......not to look at but I had to remove it from the wallet and they scanned it.

Yep. I ordered the same office-grade units and several lappers for my business in 2008-2009, and had zero problems with that website; now, it’s a nightmare of criss-crossed tech chat links, product dead ends and greedy re-sellers trying to get their fingers in the HP pie. She sure didn’t get things straightened-out during her tenure; it just got worse after she left, as HP tried to cope with the mergers/acquisitions mess. Her legacy is a disaster, today, for HP.
I have good talented friends that work there.

Same here. I stopped at a convenience store Saturday to p/u a carton of Marlboro Red box, and they wanted my license to scan, instead of just a verbal birthdate. I’m 64 with silver hair and a large silver handlebar. I tossed the carton back on the counter and told ‘em to bite it. I don’t let anyone scan my license. Period. You don’t know where that data’s going to wind-up. Never had that happen before.
