DD is very popular with the young and as such it gives the Robertsons an awesome opportunity to be a lasting Christian influence on the future of our society. A&E also tried to get DD to discard the prayers “in Jesus’ name” so as not to be offensive to somebody-or-other. Phil told them to pound sand.
That was a couple of years ago - and they have grown by leaps and bounds since then.
I think DD has a good chance to defy the gaystapo - they have already defied the anti-christians and prospered.

Actually, the real problem with flamers and duck calls is the direction or airflow required to make it work.
The flamers can’t manage to outflow when such shapes near their lips.

Sadie, one of the granddaughters opened a beautiful dress shop in Monroe, La. where they live. She designed most of the clothes. Willie, the son just opened a restaurant in the same town not far from Duck Commander headquarters. One of the daughters-in-law has a beautiful voice and is recording music with some top country singers. They aren’t going to be hurting any time soon.

Oh yeah, trouble indeed. Let's see: he's wealthy from his sporting goods business and he's now also wealthy from his TV show. He loves Jesus. He loves his family, and works with them in his two pursuits. He was better at quarterback than Terry Bradshaw, something Bradshaw readily admits, and yet he didn't need the NFL. He needs nothing. His give a damn is obviously broke, in a good way.
We should all be in such "trouble."

They say these words, but I don't think they actually know what they mean. I'm pretty sure that what "true Christians" believe is that when the Bible says something, it means what it says. I do not condemn the sin of homosexuality; the Bible condemns the sin of homosexuality, along with a host of other sins. I cannot contradict what the Bible says on that issue, or any other issue for that matter.

Sooo instructive….and related to what Rush is talking about now….how people who actually express their opinions, instead of going along to get along, are actually much happier, and get much more respect. This guy's life proves it…….hes clearly happy, and clearly respected. And he clearly speaks his mind…..
