Regardless that Speaker Boehner and HoR did a dog-and-pony show by reading the Constitution out loud twice, at the starts of the 2011 and 2013 sessions, the man and his colleagues evidently couldn’t care less about Congress’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers which they swore to protect and defend.
This proves the Chicago Machine, with help from the NSA, scares him a lot more than voters. He’s just trying to make it to retirement without going to prison.

I recall that Boehner gave a speech upon his election as Speaker, then another one about 6 months later, which were great. He hit all the right buttons on reducing the size and scope of the Federal Government, cutting spending, etc., etc., etc.
The problem is for Johnny, is that he doesn't act on his stated beliefs. Now, he's pissed off that people are trying to hold him to his own beliefs. That's why he's angry, he knows he's been lying.
