Unfortunately, the left’s threat against Roberts is still working. And, besides, obama gave him a special exemption from obamacare. He would need to recuse himself, along with elena kagan.
Roberts is tied up by blackmail. Thats what happens when you illegally adopt two kids from Ireland and try to keep it secret.
Yes, you heard right. Part of the last guvmint shutdown was a game of chicken between the house republicans and the senate over this issue. House republicans went wobbly, as usual.

The chief injustice of the Federal employees in black robes will just rewrite the law from the bench this time like he did last time.
It wasn’t the Senate that originated the ‘tax’ but John Robert’s own injustice system, and nobody in the house or senate voted on that even once.
He dissident’t care then why should he care now? John Roberts is a tyrant, in his mind the ‘law’ is whatever he and his buddies say it is because they said it period.
There can be no more real justice in his presence than there is written text.
