Blacks and whites can get along...it’s just that nobody can get along with the Black underclass.I served in the Navy with men of all colors and backgrounds. Liked some, disliked some, but not because of color or background, but behavior.

But the fact remains almost 50% of black Americans are almost completely unable unwilling to support themselves without benefits.

Yes, I agree, but the facts are the black underclass absolutely cannot and will not change. No well-intentioned programs can make them. But they are an unbelievably heavy albatross around the neck of America.
