Blacks and whites can get along...it’s just that nobody can get along with the Black underclass.

I served in the Navy with men of all colors and backgrounds. Liked some, disliked some, but not because of color or background, but behavior.

But the fact remains almost 50% of black Americans are almost completely unable unwilling to support themselves without benefits.

Yes, I agree, but the facts are the black underclass absolutely cannot and will not change. No well-intentioned programs can make them. But they are an unbelievably heavy albatross around the neck of America.
