To counter this, some good news from CO. A huge tax increase was defeated 2-1, even though Bloomberg and other leftists put $15 million into the campaign (we raised a total of $20,00 for the no vote and won with our feet).
And, 6 counties voted to secede from Colorado.
And, Denver!!, Jefferson County, Douglas County (all big counties) plus several others elected reform (eg anti-union) school boards. Jeffco and Denver did so for the first time in human memory. The Jeffco elections were landslides for the anti-union candidates. In Douglas county, the school board that kicked out the union and initiated vouchers was reelected.
Yesterday was an enormous defeat statewide for Colorado’s unions.
