Impeachment could be achieved...and should be achieved, as I said, again, and again, and again.
Essentially the House could and should make that their business.
The Senate would definitely not vote to remove.
Perhaps after 2014. One can only hope.
He can, of course be impeached, but he won’t be removed from office until there is minimally a GOP majority in the US Senate. Even then his removal is in doubt with all of the missing FBI files from the Clinton Whitehouse days still in play for many current GOP senators.
As for 2014, I'll do my part to oust Franken. But it's an uphill battle against the DFL-mafia up here.
