This is the health plan I’m currently under, through my employer.

Their webpage seems to say that after January 1 of 2014, I can only buy a policy from them through the “federal government marketplace.”

As I understand what I read, you can go to Blue Cross and Blue Shield, for example, but your deductibles a are anywhere from $1,000 to $10,000 then the insurance kicks in....just what I read....

As of NEXT year all bets are off.

I got a 1 year reprieve through my company and Blue Cross.
My rates went way up, but I am thankful I got a 1 year reprieve because the company’s got a 1 year reprieve.

Next year all hell will break loose, but the hook is already set.

His healthcare premium just went to $1.2 K a month.
