There was/is nothing clandestine about Cheney... his life and hsitory was an open book... NO MYSTERY there!

You’re exactly right. This is a Communist Regime and they’re behaving accordingly.

Valerie Jarrett is perfectly emblematic of the incompetence and mediocrity that is the hallmark of this administration. No, what Jarrett, 0bama and the 42 czars are doing is NOT incompetence. It is willful, planned, and is directly tied to the current destruction of the U.S. economy and foreign policy. Make no mistake, these people have no tie to being an American.

Condi didn’t have nearly as big a role. Bush took advice from all his advisers (probably more from Cheney than any) and he went against all of them at some point.
You will never see Obama go against the VJ.

Yikes! I wasn't prepared for that.
Hey, is there anyone out there who could put those teeth on the VJ?

I dont think it worked out that way. He was —from what we have read—getting conflicting advice and so turned to her to reconcile these differences. It now seems that Cheney was more often than we thought not physically up to his supposed role of realpresident.

Little did she realize that she gave the perfect description of a con man. I hadn't thought of it that way until you pointed it out -- excellent catch/insight!!
