Hostility...................................
Some think that questioning their opinion is hostile..
Others think challenging their dogma is hostile.....
Looks like Narcissism to me... even Passive aggressive traits...
Have known many like that... but can deal with it.. piece of cake..
Posting to yourself seems the definition of narcissism.
BTW, the early Christians were very literate Jews, Greeks and Romans. Moses was quite literate as well given his upbringing.
Your unfounded arguments are the same used by atheists.
How do you know your revelations are genuine if you don’t know what the Words of Jesus are and the apostles? Share a revelation if you would and we can discuss it.
There appears to be a lot of unwarranted surety in the results of a process (ideas -> words -> ideas) that is notoriously unreliable.

Very weak passive aggressive argument.. i.e. attack..
You’re exposed... you know .. “naked”..
I’m afraid revealing my “revelations” would go over your head... (probably)
You can’t even deal with my latest posts... honorably..
You reject them out of hand..... Why should I waste your time?...
The scriptures were not written down until a Pharaoh forced 70 Rabbis to transcribe their versions of it..
You know.. -—>> a Pharaoh!... i.e. Septuagint and Masoretic texts.. resulted..
Interesting story worth reading about.. some of it is probably true..

True.. posting here is not a good place for a good debate...
Too choppy... and random I suspect its a gambit of agendas.. not a discussion of ideas..
Which is alright with me.. I can get fun out of most anything..
I’m all about fun..
Well you did post to yourself. There are three possible reasons you did.
On another note, the OT is full if accounts of the actual words from God are penned. In one case God does the writing!
Your dismissals of scriptures are noted. Especially the portions that tell us to test spirits and angels who offer a different gospel than Christ and the apostles. If you don’t read the scriptures you would not know that gospel. I would be curious how you received the Gospel of Jesus Christ without it rooted in the Bible.
So instead of posting a revelation which you do not want to do, can you share with us what gospel you share with others when you witness?
So instead of posting a revelation which you do not want to do, can you share with us what gospel you share with others when you witness?
I do not witness... i..e. spread second hand knowledge...
I share my direct visions from God.... received directly... with a few
Not with everyone but with ones whose spirits I’ve tested..
Those worthy of hearing it... and may even receive it...
Some think I’m balmy, others not so much...
My hope is that I inspire others to seek God personally..
for their own “visions” directly... and have done that...
Warning that God knows your heart.. if you’re playing a game he already knows that.. and will not play.. with you..
But a few have received visions.. that I know..
Just try and tell THEM God is not real... it won’t work..
How do I know their visions were real?.... I don’t.. it’s none of my business..
Visions are for personal edification... and clarity... not always for others..
I have always been into Cosmology and Physics... and God enlightened me on many issues about that...
God is a cool guy.... I love him (whatever he is)... my friend..
IF you’re serious you too can have a vision maybe more than one..
If you havnt had one it’s probably because you really don’t want one... IMO...
Maybe it would scare you... (or something)...
As I said earlier most want to keep God at arms length if not even further away..
Thats OK with me.... He is my friend... I dig him...
OH!... the bible can be a crutch keeping you from God....
(you can quote me... )
Thanks for sharing. I see your religion is personal experience and does not involve a body of believers with Jesus Christ as the Head of the Body. You could have told me that earlier that you are not a Christian.
You could have told me that earlier that you are not a Christian.
Not all christians are christians.. Christian is a nebulous word..
Some christians are bible worshippers..
What did Jesus say about that?
Imagine on Judgment Day standing before the Lord, and He asks you, "Why did you call me a liar?" You respond, "Lord, I never called you a liar. Look at this passage:
"Anyone who believes in the Son of God has this testimony in his heart. Anyone who does not believe God has made him out to be a liar, because he has not believed the testimony God has given about his Son. 11 And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son."
The Holy Bible: New International Version. (1984). (1 Jn 5:1011). Grand Rapids, MI: Zondervan.
What did Jesus say about that?
Jesus never used the words christian or even heresy... or church for that matter..
Imagine on Judgment Day standing before the Lord
Ok.. I imagine the bible will not be used at that time for anything..
It will not be what the bible said it will be what you DID that counts.. and did NOT do..
Not what your church did or did not do but what you did..
Not what you believed but what you did....
Not what you thought but who you are..
The Apostle John said it was believing the testimony regarding Jesus. No one knew Him better than John. I will not argue with you, but will simply state I fear for your soul.
I will not argue with you, but will simply state I fear for your soul.
It’s good to be cared for...
I do not fear for yours.. we will all get what we need..
God is neither stupid or mean..
How do you know what Jesus said if you don’t use scriptures and don’t think they were inspired?
Jesus mentions “church” in Matthew 16 and 18.
What is the Gospel?
Just now getting to reading your post. Thank you for your kind words. I think we see eye to eye about the true value and purpose of the written word of God. It was something God commanded be written on our hearts and be meditated on day and night. His word is a lamp for our feet and a light on our path. His statutes are our heritage forever, they are the joy of our hearts. The unfolding of His words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple. (Psalm 119) How many people lose their way because they do not love God’s word? He gave it to us for this purpose - to show us the right way and to lead us to righteousness through Jesus Christ our Lord. God bless you!
I'll never forget being on a sailing trip from Puerto Rico to the Turks and Caicos islands. It was a four day straight sail and one night on watch, about two hundred miles from any land mass, I remember looking up at the cloudless sky and seeing more stars than I EVER remember seeing in my life. It was magnificent! Then I started getting nervous thinking we're hundreds of miles in the middle of the ocean in waters thousands of feet deep. If we went down right now, no one would ever know we were here. But almost as soon as that thought occurred another one was right behind it. It was:
Where can I go from your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there; if I make my bed in the depths, you are there. If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle on the far side of the sea, even there your hand will guide me, your right hand will hold me fast. (Psalm 139:7-10)
My fears vanished and I felt the presence of the Lord around me. What a blessing to know Him!
How do you know what Jesus said if you dont use scriptures and dont think they were inspired?
You take a lot for granted... you’re wrong on both counts....
like I tried to say but you ignored.. or “spun”..
And Ekklesia does not mean church or congregation...
It means “called out” ones... dogma morphs meanings that the greek does not say..
In John ch 10.. Jesus calls the sheep “OUT OF” the sheep pen...
Suggest further “study””... inspiration awaits..
Dear bb,I've read enough of your posts over the years to be in no doubt of that whatsoever.
1 Corinthians 14:12 Even so ye, forasmuch as ye are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that ye may excel to the edifying of the church.
