I've always wondered why, if climate change
were real, the assumption was that it would automatically be a bad thing. If the climate changed, it makes sense to me that some places would get better weather patterns, even if others got worse ones.
Australia is largely desert - if we're going to get more rain from climate change, I'm thinking of buying the most gas-guzzling carbon-dioxide producing vehicle I can next week.

Well I guess that settles it then. Australia will have to be outlawed by the EPA, and after the EIS is approved, demolished to make room for the glorious utopia the libs have planned for us.

Excuse no. 3,126 for the failure of the seas to keep rising.

Australia, saving the world’s coastlines from global warming caused inundation.

So let me summarize, the rise in ocean levels isn't happening because Australia sucks?
For the record I had my R&R in Australia in 1972 and it was absolutely the best time I ever had with the friendliest people and big big cans of Fosters.

Oh crap! Hurry, ban Australia.

True dat.
Imagine if the outback got enough rain to look like our great plains or midwest.

The climate models lack feedback mechanisms.
They are constantly discovering new ones.

This is like a financial report from some company saying “excluding a one time charge off of $10 billion, we made a $200 million profit this quarter.”

It’s probably all due to the toilets flushing backwards.

Or, remember that seismic/tectonic activity maybe also be gradually affecting plates in that area.. Things go up. And things go down, sometimes over wide geographical areas.. That applies to seabeds as well, considering the globe is mostly covered by water to start with

“Excuse no. 3,126 for the failure of the seas to keep rising.”
And easily beats out the aliens from “Battle Los Angeles” taking the sea water as the most ridiculous excuse of them all.

This process will be exacerbated as the Australian landmass sinks when algore’s carbon free jet lands there so the fat slob can investigate.

A friend of mine did a three year stint in Sydney when he worked for Kimberly-Clark. He almost didn’t come back. He said only one out of three people his company sent there return to the USA; the rest find a way to become Australian.

Many more stories like this and algore will be flying his personal 777 down there to demand that Aussies abandon the automobile...refrigeration....air conditioning...indoor plumbing...and home heating to atone for their crimes against the environment.

Wull Norm... I got my proof offa PBS with their recent "Nature" show on some of Australia's pelicans that all of a sudden head to the middle of their continent, deep into the "outback" into an area known as Ayer's sea. Just about the time they are circling to land, here comes that monsoonal moisture in humunguous cloud-bursts and the floods all rush to the middle of the country filling a huge natural sump-hole like an inland sea!!!
It's probably still showing on www.PBS.org.

What I’d like to see is absolute proof of rising sea level.
There are islands in the south pacific that would have been gone years ago if the oceans were rising at the rates they claimed.
