How about getting back to the subject? The White Western birth rate is way down. If present trends continue, whites will be a minority in the U.S. in thirty years. As for England, if present trends continue, whites will be a minority in 2066. It’s going to make our countries unrecognizable.
There are several reasons for this, a combination of factors, not least of which are out cowardly “conservative” politicians.

I just found out I’m going to be a grandmother . First grandchild! My son and daughter-in-law are very much hoping she can stay home with their children.
Some of us endure near poverty to stay at home with our children. Not every American woman is eat up with careerism.
I stayed home and raised our two daughters; but, hubby and I are dinosaurs. American dinosaurs. Perhaps it is just our personalities as we are both rather old-fashioned.

I stayed home with my (four) kids as did all my homeschooling friends. Just on my short street, two of the young women who had babies in the last year and a half are staying home. There are more of us than you realize. Some work(ed) from home and some did not.
Agreed. Modern men are weak and decadent.
But if mothers stayed home, and taught latch-key boys the fear of God, they would be grow up stronger, more-self-disciplined and mature. As good Christian men should be.
Likewise, if mothers stayed home and taught latch-key daughters not to be s-words and save their virtue until marriage, men would have to get married at a younger age, and have more babies, and foster a healthy growth of the population.
I totally agree with you. Men can be really greedy and bad. They push their wives into the workforce — away from the kids — just to make money for the big houses and cars.

So, do ALL men feel that they have a right to the income a wife brings in? Or just a few male Freepers?

Sounds like you've had a hard life. My condolences. I DO blame the selfish American women who have flooded the work market because staying at home taking care of children is MUCH MORE WORK than working in an office or school. At work they get recognition for their work; they get money for their efforts; they can "shine"; whereas at home they just might get upchuck from the newest baby, a round of measles to take care of, endless shopping, cooking and cleaning, no social life outside of other exhausted mothers ... and then hubby comes home wanting dinner and sex. Oh Lord, please let me go back to work, they cry. Being a MOMMY is just too hard!

Well, that's a shame. Near poverty in the USA isn't so common anymore. Your circumstances must have been particularly egregious.
If you were that poor then you couldn't have afforded to do anything else but stay home. Working people need money for clothes, commuting, baby/child-sitting, housekeeping, cooks and such just to be able to work. The most-poor can do nothing BUT stay home.
I quit a six figure job to stay home with my kids.
They’re more important than a particular lifestyle.
