Notice that at this late point in the trial they had to ask Elouise about the location of GZ’s truck in order to get its location into evidence because the state would not stipulate to its obvious location for this guy’s animation.
I think the tox report would burn whoever touches it first. Getting it admissible was good enough for MOM’s intentions without having to actually admit it.
It served as a warning to St. Skittles the Senior when he took the stand. I’ve said it before: It’s a pity St. Skittles the Senior had to watch all that trial presentation (unlike the sequestered witnesses), otherwise he never would have known the tox became admissible and Crump got deposed.
I guess watching the testimony previous to his had a negative impact, no? He got to watch the trial because of the “family of the victim” loophole, and it appears OMara managed to find a way to twist it to his advantage. I don’t ever want to play Chess with that guy. West, either.

It made it sound, TO ME, like she was ‘abusing’ them, but I will defer to the idea that they said, go ahead’, and she just got mixed up restating it.
Trayvon’s mama couldn’t say anything good about her son. Would have opened the barn door allowing defense to refute “he was such a good boy.”

Don't know what this attorney fella's name is, but not only is he a terrible lawyer, he dresses sloppily, could do with a little spray on tan, and he could check his attitude.

I know the defense wants the jury to see TM pounding GZ in animation but it’s just not realitive! The Witness mentioned he did not include the weapon. That would seem bias because the jury should see GZ fire that weapon. If you can see the altercation you should see all the altercation!
I heard go on, too. Watching the trial has to be more interesting than sitting in their hotel rooms not allowed to talk about, hear about, or read about the thing they’ve spent weeks living. In fact the life of a sequestered juror has to be downright boring.

The Judge did screw up in stating what the Jury wanted. She started to say GO HOME, then changed it to Stay, iirc.
It's been four days since I heard it, and after reviewing other's comments, and yours, I see no intentional abuse, just a little confusion by the Judge, and a lot by me.
