Qatar - an “emirate” - ruled by a self-proclaimed hereditary ruler, friends with the Talibam leaders, giver of guns and money to terorists in Libya and now Syria, friends with Morsi, backer with Morsi & Hamas in calls that non-Syrian Sunnis should enter the fray against Asad in Syria (cause his backing for the Sunni Islamists in the “opposition” has been there all along).
