Did you hear a loud blaring radio on the video?
I dont recall hearing that, but you could clearly hear others who were directly across the street talking.
Why was he arrested?

I heard a little bit of it, but if the cops were going to arrest people for video taping them, how did the guy that taped the video of the incident get away without being arrested?

He was probably arrested for interfering with a police investigation, failure to follow a lawful order (he was ordered to leave more than once), disturbing the peace, or any of a whole host of other legitimate reasons to arrest him.

The dog’s owner Leon Rosby had been filming a police raid in Hawthrone California, and was arrested for alleged obstruction of justice.

And you KNOW that just how? This was not from the title of the article:
“...The dog’s owner Leon Rosby had been filming a police raid in Hawthrone California, and was arrested for alleged obstruction of justice....”
You do understand that “obstruction of justice” is a charge that corrupt cops frequently make when they don’t have an actual crime that the citizen has committed, don’t you?
To: redreno
Lt Swain, however, alleges that the officers were also looking out for Rosby. Seriously?? This is just b*lls**T.

What he was arrested for, and what he will be charged with ultimately are not necessarily the same thing.
Bottom line is that the perp instigated the whole event, was told to leave repeatedly, failed to follow lawful orders, and was arrested.

He seemed a bit too eager to be handcuffed He's already up for "obstruction of justice". You want him to add "resisting arrest" to that?

I read the articles, I watched the video. Rosby’s arrest had nothing to do with him video taping police.
