The Secretary of State post has turned into nothing more than a “how many places can I visit” position.
The incompetent Hillary did nothing as sec state...she can claim no treaties of any significance, no agreements with states, nothing but a huge travel bill.
It seems the idiot Kerry is determined to rack up more frequent flyer miles than the hag.
