Can anyone imagine 6 women locked in a room for an extended period of time to fulfill a purpose? This is going to be a nightmare Well, besides fart and scratch.

That’s not going to be long enough. She needs to hold it until early morning on the Saturday following. It’s not just a matter of the cops being ready, the urban cores need to be cleared of suburbanite workers who will get caught in the middle of whatever happens. And very few employers, particularly outside the immediate vicinity of the trial, are going to tell or permit their employees to go home.

I wonder how gun sales and CCW applications are doing right now?

I have a suspicion that the reason the jury is white women is that the defense excluded blacks, and the prosecution excluded gun owners.

I would have thought that most ladies would wholeheartedly agree with me.

We used to have several hundred MEN do just that. It was called Congress over 50 years ago. And they did just fine; much better than we have now.

Let me ask you this. Would you trust an entire Congress made ENTIRELY of women? Would you?

I was referring particularly to appealing on grounds of the make up of the jury. Only the defense gets to appeal, if I’m not mistaken. If he is acquitted, the prosecution cannot appeal, right?

I beleive that is correct, otherwise I think it would be double jeopardy.
If Zimmerman is found not guilty, I am sure the FEDS will jump in and charge based on some convoluted civil rights BS.
My understanding is that action is not double jeopardy.

I thought two of the jurors are either gun owners or have husbands who are. One of which is also the wife of a cop.

Fox News has always been pro-Trayvon, pro-Black Racist.

Fox News is pretty much MSNBC for PhonyCon Liberals

Actually, any U.S. city with a significant black thug population is at risk. They are waiting for any excuse to riot

To a point, yes. But the cities that should be on RiotWatch DefCon Level 5 will be Miami (Trademarks hometown) and Orlando/Sanford.

Hopefully its not my place they burn down

after Rodney King trials i recall Clinton said he was offended by the decisions so they retried the cops with new charges and they were convicted. Is this right ?

this case should not be about race.

That is a rich statement. It is only because of race there is a 'case' at all.

The defense should not side step or ignore the political pressure that caused the charges to come about even after the police and ADA initially said there wasn’t enough evidence. In his closing he needs to state exactly why George Zimmerman was brought up on charges, it’s a witch hunt. Jurors respect and need bluntness.

I thought they’re investigation concluded that civil rights of Martin were not violated?

Someone help us out on this one, didn’t Holder The Wicked already run his little show investigation?

Yes, they tried and convicted them on some sort of Civil Rights charge and they received a sentence of two years in Federal prison. I never did hear what happened to them after they got out of prison, or if they even survived prison.

If my memory serves me correctly, it wasn’t Clinton, but George H.W. Bush’s Justice Dept. that did the deed. Clinton didn’t take office until 1993, and they were retried in 1992.

But we’ll definitely hear a lot about the makeup of the jury from here on.

Yes we will. And can you guess why?
