I’m safe. My son sold a gun to me.

BWWAAHAHAHA! When he says ‘something wrong in your family’, I don’t think he’s talking about guns, he’s talking
about money. I had to read it a few times. He is so rich,
that he can’t comprehend wanting $100 from your kid. He sees
it as asking for that penny he owes you.Makes no sense!
Bloomturd! Sorry you’re so short, but you can’t take it out on the rest of us.

I’m going to weaponize a few dozen jars of salsa in the fall.

Yeah, they`re cheap! Give it to the kid, cheap skate. I mean a house warming present, 21st birthday gift, just because you love them. Or maybe the cheap skate wants`em helpless if some creep tries something.

So, what does that make me for *buying* a rifle from my son so that he could afford to travel and be best man at his best friend's wedding?
I couldn't let him get ripped off at a pawn shop.

I actually agree with the statement.
My concern is that the weapon is not a gift. My initial take?
If You WON'T Sell a Gun to Your Son, 'There's Something Wrong in Your Family'
I like yours better...

You have the right to provide his sadistic voting base with a helpless victim.

He should have run this by the people in his security detail, they could have told him how common it is for guns to change hands in a family, and not always as $500.00 and $2,000.00 gifts, but as sales, so that a different gun can replace the one that your son or daughter coveted and that you were willing to part with.
Being a billionaire, he probably doesn’t get the concept of the necessity of working people to make back some of the money they expended on the wrongly chosen product, so that they can purchase the correct one, I wonder if he is as generous as he makes himself sound?

Starting in July in Colorado private transfers of firearms are going to require background checks. I’m tempted to just ignore this as a stupid and unconstitutional law. Or on June 30th I’ll simply give my firearms and magazines to my son. He will of course store them at my house for now, and give me permission to maintain and test fire them... Ultimately when I’m gone though, they’ll be his.

(Stop obarma now! Stop the hussein - insane agenda!)
Bloomberg is an ass for his paternal-statism, but the headline is misleading in terms of gun ownership:
Why don't you just giveI don't know if you should have a gun or not, but if you have a commercial transaction of $100 with your son, there's something wrong in your family.
Regarding the financial angle, there are a number of reasons why selling the gun is a legitimate, responsible transaction — reasons that should be obvious to an adult.

Imagine for a moment that Romney would have said that.
