OK so he had theft problems. But the real issue was the timing of the closure. If the theft problems were so serious, why didn't they act sooner?
It's still persecution by virtue of the timing.

Having driven through several of the richest towns on earth the other day (Greenwich,New Canaan and Darien,CT) all I can say is that I sincerely hope that I someday see every one of those $10,000,000 homes owned by caring “progressives” crumble to dust and every one of their Ferraris turn to piles of rust.

Also, keep in mind this is the agency that is now soliciting for a HUGE computer database of information on all the people in the country. Scary times we live in.
