I saw that.
Ed Schultz on Dem channel says its a big victory for O and Dems should go for it.
Sharpton loves it too.
But R Trumka AFL-CIO says he is against it because it gives away too much to Rs.
What sucks is that Obama with lots of Rs help made this whole fight sound like it was about tax cuts for the rich, and that it is all Rs care about, that ‘the rich’ get more tax cuts.
So what Obama got is a bunch of spending extensions, what did the Rs get for that Dem spending? Extended tax cut rates from the first $250K of income that O demanded to $400K of income.
You know what would have put Obama and Dems whole game plan into a confused tizzy? For Rs to Offer to extend tax cut rates to ONLY first $100K of income in return for no extension of unemployment comp or tax credits for those who pay no taxes. No extensions of spending.
How would he explain that to his Dem base ??
Obama tagged Rs as only caring for the rich. Well Rs could have stood for deficit reduction instead of that, and let O own the economic results. But they never cared about deficits.
There is still the debt limit fight. So its not over yet

(Dems go for results, meaning winning. Rs go for symbolism and whining about losing.)

Thanks for the timely reminder that the Republicans should go over Obamas Spending Cliff. It's the ONLY way to get serious spending cuts and a few lower income democrats into the taxpayer lane. If we DON'T go over, all this country gets is more tax slavery. The cliff is the only answer unless we want to carry the entire, massive and growing by the minute burden by ourselves while the left wing freeloaders carry on with their sloth.

The House should embrace the fact the Senate has reached a deal, and say, “we will consider it, amend it, and go to conference.”

Too bad they’re not interested in what’s good for the country. Just winning at all costs.

Obama Took "Republicans To The Cleaners"
The one thing for sure is that, Obama has been taking the country down a s-h-i-t-hole. The "fiscal" cliff deal isn't going to change anything. In fact, if one wants to consider anything that will result from the deal, it's that, the country is being taken towards the much bigger cliff that is for certain coming our way. No deal will be able to avert us going over that cliff.

“A big win for America.”
So Ed thinks taking on $20 trillion in debt is a win for America? The idiot does not deal in reality.

Wow, I actually agree with this prick....
