I like it and I agree with most of what you said. I'm sick of idiots like Harry Reid getting by with what he just got done saying.

I'm sick of RATS' lies. To hell with the consequences, grab the microphones and blast these Dims.

Wait a minute!1 We're wrong, too. Those who voted for Obama don't give a damn about the debt or why NASA is a Muslim outreach and they don't care about John Kerry lying to congress about Vietnam. Some might care about the incompetence in dealing with Hurricane Sandy, but I wouldn't even bet on that.

Those who voted for Obama don't care about economic opportunity--they don't want economic opportunity--they want access to other people's money.

Now, let's get real, how do we deal with this? The only way I know is again through articulate communicators that might be able to get through to some of these parasites that eventually, their checks are going to stop coming. Outside of that, I have no ideas.

unless the Party leadership pledges renewed adherence to the principles of America's Constitution.

I don't want pledges. The GOP-E told me they didn't want my vote last November. Their promises mean nothing to me.

I expect action before I'll call myself a Republican again.

Well, we have to bring it way down to their ignorant level. Tell them the old story about 10 people going to dinner weekly, that have the top 2 paying 25% each of the bill, etc. down to the bottom two who don't pay anything. Then the top 2 stop coming, etc. so the bottom people eventually have to pull their own weight on the bill or fend for themselves entirely.

AND for those oh so smart, know it all Obama loving lefty college punks, tell them they will now be sharing their Straight A's with the dorm buddies that are flunking, so they all get C's. BWAAA listen to them squeal.

Goes back to “you just can't fix stupid”. No one starved during the depression. My mother lived through it and by cutting off the freebies, forcing people to get a job, they can begin supporting themselves. No free lunch.

Soc. Security funds are being drained by the leaches on SSDI who have a hang nail and milk the system. Shame on us for allowing this. Congress needs to fix THAT problem, not keep raising the age for Seniors or of cuts to Medicare. Yikes. Get the young people off of these Entitlements except for the very ill, unable to truly support themselves.

These repeated inane criticisms of the "establishment" without specific recommendations of how to fix the problem are getting old.

I know. The GOP elite isn't old (or new) Manhattan money. They don't all get together at the Yale Club to decide things. They don't give marching orders through Time or the Herald-Tribune any more. It's hard to know just who they are.

A lot of them are lobbyists and campaign consultants. People who started stuffing envelopes for Bush or Dole or McCain and worked their way up to partnerships in lobbying firms and even talking head roles on cable television. Some of them are editors or contributors to The Weekly Standard or National Review or (like the guy who wrote the article) nationalreview.com.

Some of them are people with money who give big campaign contributions. They have a lot of power, obviously. But it looks like it's more after the fact. What I mean, is they can get favors from a candidate or office-holder, and their contributions can move a candidate closer to the nomination, but they don't pick Romney's or McCain's or Bush's name out of a hat.

The political people, campaign consultants, columnists, lobbyists, editorialists, are usually first on the scene and point the money men in one direction or the other. Also, the big money folks aren't as identifiable as they once were -- not all Rockefellers and Whitneys. Most of the big names you recognize actually give to the Democrats.

Easiest one there is: Anyone who’s been in office more time than they’re been in the private sector DOESN’T GET THE VOTES required to continue being a career politician.

Get the layers, lobbyists, etc. OUT of office and normal people...People that pay bills, make the payroll, DO something for a living aside from making more laws.

No, he does want to keep things the same: corrupt... in that sense, Obama is quite conservative. (Remember who instituted the TSA [generally the Patriot Act] and the objections that were raised.)

We lost for two reasons...

15 million immigrant citizens who vote overwhelmingly for the Democrat Party.

An absolutely dominant Hard Left MSM that works relentlessly to destroy Conservative principles and the Republican Party.

Unless we fix that, Conservatives are on the way to political extinction.

I hear you one some good successes, but did you ever hear of the “Peter Principle” (where everyone is promoted to at most ONE level above their optimum level of performance)

ROFLMAO!!! No, they're too busy triangulating embracing homosexual marriage, illegal immigration and ushering in another layer of gun control laws to bother dissecting FR commentary.
