I get your point about the murder (abortion), but you have been paying for that for a long time. The obamacronies would admit to that just to show that you had standing years ago and should’ve sued then...
I have not personally seen a/”the” form, but there was a post within the last two weeks here on FR that had the section of the law that stated you had to apply for the waiver - you had to send in a form/request. I will look for it and send you a link if I can find it.
Perhaps a strongly worded letter through some ‘nadless UN council would do the trick ;)
You have to apply for a waiver (there may not be a form). There is a form for other waiver requests WRT the ACA (by providers and businesses). That may be what I was thinking about, but I could swear that I read about an individual waiver form also. (Why wouldn't there be a form for this? It is government you know... they have forms for filling out other forms).

Thank you, but don’t bother.
Assuming the form is there, I am convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt that any such request for a waiver would not have a snowball’s chance in hell coming from a republican, let alone a christian.
Besides... for me to make any attempt to comply with the law by seeking legal grounds to work within that law (i.e. submitting forms) would be granting it a level of authority and credence it does not deserve.
If they... (oops) WHEN they pass a law that bans all handguns, I would not submit a form requesting permission to keep mine. I would require them to first find out I have one, and then second to come and get it from me.

I couldn’t agree more with the sentiment.
Judge Roberts is a Benedict Arnold! But hey, he has his top-notch medical insurance provided for by the American taxpayers, so why should he care about the law?
I also had to cancel my medical insurance.
When I get sick next year, I might be able to afford to see a doctor at a walk in clinic, or the VA.
When I get really sick, I will not be able to work, will lose my job, and thus become eligiable for “free health care”.
Yeah, not the best plan, but I really do need to eat food to survive, and since I can still work, I am not entitled to free food, rent, electricity, transportation, communications or health care.
(balance redacted because...wow look at that squirrel!)
