Neil Newhouse, GOP camapaign pollster, says it was Romney's abandonment by "extraordinary" numbers of white male voters.
Crunch numbers. Go figure.
not to mention voter fraud.
but yes the MSM and the Republican establishment saddles us with a moderate ‘democrat’ and then the party wonders why people did not vote...
The freeloaders will always vote for the people who keep the money coming. If we can take Congress and peel that back, the freeloaders will have to get jobs and they will vote for whoever makes their checks bigger.
Crunch.
Perhaps the Republicans should have attacked the first Marxist president of the USA, instead of issuing their mealy-mouthed ads portraying him as a “good man who has tried hard.”
Conservatives knew that was the recipe for defeat. Many held their noses and voted for Romney anyway, but many did not. Now the fat cat Republicans will be paying through the nose for Obama’s soak-the-rich tax increases. Perhaps that is justice for what they did to true conservatives in the primaries.
Fine, you don't need them, then they stay home... and you lose!
I had no problem with his 47% remark. I was perfectly legitimate and anyone who has a problem with it is probably one of the 47%.
Where Romney lost me (I did vote for him as the lesser of the two evils) was with his Repeal and Replace remark.
I was never enthusiastic for Romney because he is the Grandfather of Obama care and as a Constitutional Conservative I just have a problem with the Replace part of that comment.
I think that Romney lost more conservatives with that comment than he lost Liberals with the 47% comment.
Well said sir. Repeal and replace just illustrated that the choice wasn’t between a conservative and a liberal, but rather between two liberals.
“Voter Fraud and the Republicans don’t have the balz to challenge it.
That’s because they can’t....according to this..

All the folks here on FR, such as the Ron Paul crowd, that vowed not to vote for Mitt Romney got what they really wanted: A Romney loss. Unfortunately, that also meant an Obama win.
As we watch the further dismantling of freedon and prosperity, the rising costs and taxes, the expanded union power, the likely appointment of very liberal SC judges, the cementing in place and expansion of Obama/Robertscare and the expansion of the welfare state in general I hope they remain happy with their decision to sit out the most important election of our time.
Not to worry, though, they will shift the blame to the very people that were actually trying to preserve our Constitution and the Republic by actively voting to rid the nation of the cancer of Obama.
The American people saw Democrats at their convention booing God, they saw the parade of those who relish in baby killing and other forms of perversion.
The American people do not care they have a Marxist/Muslim living in the WH.
Now, how do we counteract that? Our side stands back and points fingers at those on our side we deem to not be pure enough. So what kind of outcome do we expect?
It’s the candidate, stupid.
1. PISS POOR CONSULTANTS WHO HAVEN'T A CLUE OTHER THAN BE DEMS LITE.
2. Failure to lay out the FACTS of a failed presidency and just be truthful.
3. Failure to lay out the facts of a Benghazi coverup and the FACT that 4 Americans were abandoned by their commander in chief and Sec Def.
4. Attempting to take the HIGH road and be Mr. Nice when dealing with Chicago Southside thugs.
5. Ignoring his conservative base.
Not realizing that LOOKING presidential is not the same as getting to be presidential.
6. Ignoring voter fraud.
7. Complete circle--PISS POOR CONSULTANTS. vaudine
A candidate shouldn’t need consultants. Reagan didn’t need them. If you have core beliefs you don’t need a consultant to tell you what to do.
That's where he lost ~ just like in 2006.
Republicans are tolerant of gays ~ in a secondary role ~ and if they give campaign donations, but they don't want them in policy positions, and will NOT vote for candidates who appear to have gone overboard with gays.
Romney's earlier relationship with gay marriage didn't help him at all, but that hiring of a gay policy advisor in a critical area was critical.
He never recovered from it!
I call BS...Romney’s supposed fatal 47% comment doesn’t come close to rivaling Obama’s gaffes.
I don’t think voter blocs disappeared.
I don’t think white male votes disappeared.
I do think ballots disappeared.
Bingo. Consultants equal a poser in my mind. Speak from your heart and if you are conservative you will win.
I think Steve Schmidt is a Democrat plant.
