I have no problem with Black History being taught, I just wish someone would teach kids American history

I did study black history in school, in the city, a significant number of years ago. I grew up thinking that people like George Washington Carver were amazing and accomplished. Now we have inner city drop-out rates so high that it’s disgraceful - robbing the world of people like Carver, and robbing black youth of their future. If Obama went to the inner city with a plan for stopping drop-outs, for stopping teenage pregnancies (beyond abortion), and a plan for promoting the formation and independence of private black businesses, I’d be willing to contribute as much as I could. But he hasn’t, and he’s not. That’s because in his infantile and deluded world view everyone in the inner city is a victim. i don’t look at them as victims. I look at those who are living lives of dependency as a sad waste of talent and potential.
I wonder if Susan is aware of the Black History of
Black Genocide with her support of abortion ?
Does this include the fact that Africans sold fellow Africans into slavery or do we omit that part?

I wonder what the percentage is of black Americans who know the correct answer to the question “Who was the first black American to win the Nobel Peace Prize?” I would guess less than 1%. Most of them have probably never even heard of Ralph Bunche.

Ask a black, who was George Washington Carver or Booker T Washington? They won’t know, they only know about Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.
Don’t they spend all of February doing this anyway? Wonder when there will be a white history month?
A tenured history professor I worked with once told a class of about 200 students that the “sole contribution of blacks to America was the word ‘mother@#$^er.” That statement got my attention, but the thirty or so blacks in the class did not seem to notice. Most blacks, just like most whites, don’t give a crap about history and that is just one reason why the country has gone to heck.

The impoverished people in the USA should be informed about what economic class and it’s members are doing to make the a world a better place for them i.e. the impoverished. Probably wouldn’t make any sense to them hearing about how the rich one world promoters like Rice and Soros are the ones who are doing the USA no good.
Substitute “White” for “Black” in this story and Susan Rice would be viewed alongside David Duke in the American consciousness. But as it is, society views it as A-OK. That is how insane we have become.
