And I forgot to mention that I once had and Uncle Mike’s three-point sling. Nightmare. I tore it apart and kept the hardware for other projects.

I’ve been looking for a .22 for my daughters (10 and 12) for a few years. The “Chipmunk” single-shot bolt-action rifles looked nice, but they weren’t capable of accepting a 5 or 10rnd magazine.

Now I’m looking at the older CZ 452 Cadet rifles. They’ve got non-standard rings, but they’re great rifles.
