Your post nailed it.
.
What did you expect from Christi after this betrayal of our values?
Chris Christie goes berserk when criticised about appointing a Muslim judge:
Sharia Law has nothing to do with this at all, its crazy! he cried. The guy is an American citizen! He concluded that the Sharia Law business is just crap and Im tried of dealing with the crazies, adding with disgust and frustration that its just unnecessary to be accusing this guy of things just because of his religious background.
Fat sob just looking out for his own political career.
.
BWAHAHA!! Christie has less chance of being seriously considered for the Republican nominee than a box of jelly doughnuts making it through the night unscathed in the NJ governor's mansion. He will be lucky if Corey Booker doesn't clean his clock in the gubernatorial race.
This is a justification? That statement sums up everything that is eternally effed up in our country. Christy is just a morbidly obese, uncouth, vitriolic opportunist. If Corey Booker kicks his ample ass in the next election, it will be because Christy alienated a lot of conservatives by delivering that French kiss of a photo-op to Obama. Liberals are lauding him for it now....but they will never vote for him.
Ann Coulter just seems kind of desperate and sad. If all else failed, I think she would set her hair on fire to get people to notice her. She is the conservative version of that old skank Madonna-—resorting to increasingly outlandish behavior in order to be noticed.
Well, the storm is historical, since it is now part of history.
But clearly, they meant "historic", which the storm really wasn't. It's not like we haven't been hit by category 1 hurricanes before, or that New Jersey has never before seen a hurricane.
The damage costs are historic, but mostly because the last storm that hit New Jersey did so before they built a major industry in a place where it would inevitably be hit by a hurricane.
Count me crazy, but I won't buy a house that needs electricity to keep water from filling up the basement, or one where it is expected that winds will destroy it, or floods wash it away. There are enough places to live where such occurances really WOULD be historic.
