Good. Mitt got the message out without getting into the fray himself.

WONDERFUL rally. I was there!! It was a HUGE crowd. I was in the bleachers to the far right of the podium—behind the podium—and I WAS able to see ALL of them speakers!!
Of the 4 political rallies I have attended since 2000—this was THE BEST one—EVER! Estimate was 35k!!

Want to know, dh has been concerned—does Mitt look like he is upbeat? Is he encouraging? Husband is using this as a gauge for Tuesday’s outcome and we haven’t seen a photo of him lately.

I have a cousin who has been to two rallies in VA - he had such a great time at the first one and was so uplifted that he went to the trouble to go to a second one (1 hour trip took 4 hours due to the crowds). My brother just went to a rally in the Virginia Beach area - large crowd, despite this being a ‘make-up’ rally for one that was canceled due to Sandy. The Romney-Ryan rallies are just TERRIFIC from everything I’m hearing (attendance, message, enthusiasm, patriotism .... etc.)!!

Thanks RoosterRedux. Well said, madison10 -- Mitt let his seconds draw the blood.
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani came out with the hardest line, that if Romney was president on September 11, 2012, "maybe something like what happened in Libya could have been avoided. Maybe if we had a president who was paying attention, we wouldn't be going through all of this investigation of what's being covered up about Libya," he added.

Where are the swift boat vets or something similar from citizens united ,or another organization to blanket Ohio and swing states with Lybia gate and Obama’s order to the military to stand down?

Few weeks ago, I went to Romney rally in St. Pete, Fl and it was wonderful. LARGE crowd, very upbeat, Mitt gave a wonderful talk.

Second comment at the end of the article at link,
“And what did the Republicans know about climate change but did nothing while our shores came under attack from Superstorms? They merely blamed it on sun-spots and gave aid and comfort to oil companies.”
Sheesh. Now you know what you’re up against.

How did the crowds respond to the speeches about Benghazi? I'm glad the other speakers addressed this, but I wonder why Romney hasn't?

Sub head line:
The candidate doesn't want to talk Benghazi. But conservatives, and his surrogates, do.
