Indeed. And it is ironic/hypocritical that both Powell and Obammie the Commie were “made” by “The Man” they love to hate.

General irrelevant who was the main reason Bush 41 didn’t take out Hussein in the Gulf War. He was considered an Uncle Tom by blacks and now he’s a brother!

So Powell, a Republican, endorses a Cook County Democrat twice? It shouldn’t be too surpising as both are creations of affirmative action, rather than merit.

Hey, military ... those of you that served under Powell ....
Do any of you have first hand experience/knowledge of his racism as a military man ?
I can't believe he came out of desert storm a successful commander, as a Republican, and he almost immediately shows his moderate-bordering-on-democrat and racist attitude.
Anyone ?

Can anyone identify any specific major accomplishments Powell achieved, other than being named to high positions in his military and diplomatic careers? IMO, he has AA written all over him.

I love how the Dummies always say that Obama “ended the war in Iraq, and is ending the war in Afghanistan”. No he isn’t, he is withdrawing US forces, but the war in Iraq is still going on, as will the war in Afghanistan after we leave. He didn’t end anything except US participation.

The Powell doctrine: IF you break it, you must fix it.
In regards to foreign military intervention ... I.E Afghanistan.
This as opposed to traditional Punative military expeditions.

"But the Republicans I worked for President Reagan, President Bush 41
people who were conservative, people who were willing to push their conservative views, but people who recognized at the end of the day, you've got to find a basis of compromise. Compromise is how this country runs."
COMPROMISE IS ONLY EVER ANNOUNCED WHEN THE DEMOCRATS DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OR ABOUT TO LOSE CONTROL! I can probably go back and search and NEVER find a time when Powell wished that Reid would compromise. In fact, with his view of Obamacare, he probably loved Pelosi's "parachute in" remark.

Until Obama came along Colin Powell was the quintessential affirmative action poster child. A mediocrity in the military who would have never advanced beyond the level of Colonel had it not been for pigmentation and a mediocrity as Sec of State. The only reason he became a Republican after being a Democrat was because it was Republicans who advanced his career beyond his level of competence.

He got his education and any of his high positions due to affirmative action. He was unqualified then. He is unqualified now to speak with any veracity.

Colin Powell has lost all credibility! Shameful! Only about race with him. He is a disgrace to this country.
