IMHO one of the reasons the networks limited the time they would broadcast the convention is so the Obama forces can lie and spin what happened.

People who didn't see the speeches have the picture painted for them by Obama operatives who make sweeping accusations of attacks, etc.

Gibbs was flabbergasted after Chris Christie’s keynote speech? Christie’s speech was uncharacteristically polite. I’ll bet Christie was told by Romney’s pussified campaign advisors to to tone it down.
