The USA will be disarmed by Obama’s Marxist/Muslim toadies by Jan. Should Obama and his cohorts lose, states may have to call out their National Guard troops during what could be a disastrous “lame duck” season. Would your governor do it?

If Obama is reelected you better learn how to speak Farsi.

possessing nuclear weapons drives other nations to "acquisition and/or use of nuclear weapons." That might be true in some cases. But does anybody think that getting rid of them will "drive" other nations to get rid of them?
And what is it worth, anyway? The genie cannot be put back into the bottle. If we (or anybody else) wanted one, it's a short haul from having none to having several. It's not like we have to do Manhattan 2.0.

I find it interesting that Pelosi is worried that defense cuts might cost them more seats in the house, nevermind the risk to the nation’s national defense/security. Real priorities their Nancy......real priorities.

Apparently, the State Department is still rather pink...even after all these years.

No, but I do think getting rid of them will drive other nations to use them against us.

Never mind all this - what about Romney’s religion and/or tax returns?
THIS is exactly the kind of thing that makes me shake my head in absolute WONDER at those who would rather see Obama win to teach the GOP a lesson.

We may have conventional weapons online that make typical nuclear weaponry a little dated. Remember a good rule of thumb is that we won’t know what the military has today until about 20 years from now. My friend who has been at Raytheon for 35 years said that although he can’t really talk about it - it’s really sci-fi stuff. Mind control, energy pulse, purely kinetic, V-Ray, - seriously “out there”

In the place of a nuclear defense,
the US State Dept suggests extermination
camps and crucifixion sites
for all non-Moslem Americans and their children
who manage to survive ObamaCARE.

How amazingly stupid. These people think that the rest of the world will behave well towards us if we just get rid of our darn nukes and then wonder loudly how somebody like Hitler came around and lead Germany.
I think we should experiment first. Get rid of all the guns that the police and government agencies carry and see what happens.

In one of the recent "Civil War II" threads, the discussion of secession brought up the question: "What would become of the nukes?"
I think I see a solution that would make everyone happy.

Actually, until they can disarm the populace, America remains one of the safest places on the planet.
Millions of weapons and thousands of veterans, self-organized into myriad groups provide fertile ground for home-grown armies.
Economic failure (his name is Obama) is our true danger.
