If you work at Disney, you are a “cast member”, like in a play. You are “on” the whole time. If she could not comply with the dress code of the role that she was offered, she should not have taken the job.
BTW, the last time we went to Disneyland, my son wore his 4-H club t-shirt, and a lot of cast members talked with us about it. You’d be amazed how many former 4-H club members Disney hires. They definitely hire for middle America friendliness and motivation, and people who won’t complain about their assigned hat.

I have spent over the years at least 70 weeks in the Presidential Suite in the Wilderness Lodge, 10 weeks with two suites at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, and two weeks at the WWof Sports while my son played baseball for the Elite 32.
