I guess I was wrong. Mitt Romney does have principles he won't abandon. He is never wavering in his support of homosexuality.

Mitt thinks its perfectly alright for a ‘man’ to shove his pee-pee up another ‘man’s’ poo-poo and believes that constitutes perfectly acceptable and normal behavior.

To bad Mitt hasn’t read more about homosexuals: the part about the ingestion of fecal matter and the fact that homosexuals commit the majority of serial killings in America and abroad.

Since they are incapable of multiplying they resort to recruitment and the target is youngsters!

Homosexuality is an evil that will destroy this nation as quickly as their god Obama has and will continue to do.

Pass the Chic-Fil-A and stop buying from Amazon!

Over 50,000 Boy Scouts earn the title “Eagle Scout” every year, but the Democrat newsrooms need only a small handful to push the cowardly scumbag Mittens to the left. They will do this on each and every issue, and the cowardly, unprincipled Mittens will happily oblige until he is maybe just a hair to the right of Ubama. It’s ‘Kennedy/Romney 1994’ all over again.

If you can handle it, Google the old Kennedy/Romney debate videos from 1994 and be ready for a very painful experience. Watch Mittens try to out-liberal Teddy Kennedy and please the Democrat newsrooms. Watch Mittens fade from early frontrunner to landslide loser in a real hurry. Of course, I am pretty sure you will be able to see the replay this Fall in the Ubama/Romney debates.

The scumbag “moderate” Mittens will find a way to lose the race, count on that. In any event, Mittens will never get my vote.

1010, to question the veracity of my service in the military, and my career as a chaplain is on you. Marlowe and Jim Robinson above both know my name and can put it in google with Chaplain, Methodist, US Army, and I'm confident they can verify my identity. I don't lightly put that stuff on the web, so I'm sure you'll accept their vouching for me. I've been on FR since 1998, I've always told the same story, and I think they're comfortable vouching for me in any case. There is an infrequent visitor, a friend from Oklahoma, Vern, who actually witnessed my time in service. Vern isn't on FR often, but if he shows up, his word is first hand knowledge.

1010, this is the article on FREE REPUBLIC where I first saw the offending lines about Mitt Romney. First, I thought the title diverted the reader from the truth...that Mitt Romney HAD COME OUT in support of gays in the Boy Scouts.

So, since we cannot post the SAME article, a rule of Free Republic's, I went about find an article with a title that more adequately portrayed Mitt's position. I found it at Zimbio.

That article was removed from the sidebar for some reason, probably that it was from a blog or something like that, so I set about finding another article, and found the one from Christian News. Note the dates and times on the article below. Aug3, Aug 5, 1 am.

The word had gotten out to the Christian community about Romney's gayness by then, and they were appalled, as am I.

See the above article:

An Eagle Scouts Returns Medals (Romney reaffirms opposition to Boy Scout Ban on Homosexuals) Associated Press via Wooster Daily Record ^ | August 3, 2012 | DAVID CRARY

NEW YORK (AP) -- For the physician in Illinois, the attorney in Kentucky, the arts editor in Oregon, their Eagle Scout medals were treasured reminders of youthful achievement. Yet each is parting with his medal out of dismay over the Boy Scouts' recently reaffirmed policy of excluding gays.

###

In contrast to Obama, Republican candidate Mitt Romney does have a public position on the Scouts' policy -- he politely disagrees with it.

Back in 1994, during a political debate in Massachusetts, Romney said this: "I support the right of the Boy Scouts of America to decide what it wants to do on that issue. I feel that all people should be able to participate in the Boy Scouts regardless of their sexual orientation."

A Romney spokeswoman, Andrea Saul, said in an e-mail that this remains Romney's position today.
