It's more like this: the girl willingly went to a party, and stayed.
She was drinking, obviously there were other drinkers at the party, and while the story doesn't say, it's reasonable to assume that she wasn't drinking alone, and that at least some of the others were drunk also.
She willingly continued to drink until she passed out drunk, thereby leaving the safty and well being of her person in the control of anyone/everyone/no-one else at the party.
A reasonably intelligent person can easily connect her willingness to leave her personal safety in the hands of others who are not able to stop on a dime (the other drunks) to running out onto a busy freeway where the drivers are also not able to stop on a dime.
“Ya tell that to all the dads in debtor prison on contempt charges, most of them being total broke and unable to pay to outrageous court set payments or the interest on the arrears. “
Those guys are in there because, unlike this woman, they are not fighting back. When judges set themselves up as little tin gods, those whose rights are suppressed need to, at some point, tell them to go f* themselves. In the present day, the way to do that is online shame. It worked for that bus bully woman, didn’t it?
“The judges order does not trump her first amendment right to free speech.”
The judge seems to think it does. Let the battle be joined.
You should probably reread Deuteronomy and think for a bit. A girl taken by force is never required to marry her attacker. The biblical example is a girl taken in a field where her cries would not be heard. This is analogous to being unconscious and unable to cry out. The fact that she was drunk to unconsciousness only proves that no consent was given.
Just as God looks after children and fools, He intended His Law to do the same.
Gag order has been rescinded by the people:
The rapists are two students attending Trinity High School, a Catholic college-prep school in a part of Louisville called St Matthews. Their names are Austin Zehnder and Will Frey. Both play for the Trinity Shamrocks lacrosse team. Who disclosed the names to TTP? Their schoolmates at Trinity.
Photos are also all over the net.
