I'm shock at the those here that are shilling for Romneys weak response by claiming that it's a devious trap by stupid Obama or something to get conservatives to react strongly and you know "we can't offend Hispanics" or something like that. sheesh!

Hell, a vote for Romney is a vote for liberal policies, so why should anyone be surprised that he doesn’t jump on this highly legal decree. Of course, Romney may be likely to come to out with a statement, but only after the polling data is in.

“Screws the pooch” is an extremely rude expression.

And entirely appropriate for the occasion.

Hi, Mike! Long time no read.

Governor Romney took the action to ban automatic weapons in Massachusetts, or so I’ve read here on FR. That action was condemned here on this site as unconstitutional.

If the the above statement is true, then his response to BHO2’s unconstitutional move per amnesty is an indication of how he, Rommey, would govern as President.

ROMNEY WOULD NOT BE MUCH DIFFERENT THAN OBAMA!

The usurper usurped the office of the President, now he is usurping the power of the Congress and Congress is doing nothing to stop it.

Lets just do away with Congress, we dont need it anyway and we can save a ton of money by just letting King Obama and his cronies run the Government.

Agreed. A president (or a Governor) can grant amnesty for PAST crimes, not for ONGOING crimes. The second they were granted amnesty, they continued to break the law. The law is the law is the law.

The first of many of our disappointments to come with Romney, I’m certain.

He could have approache it from an “high unemployment” issue (taking jobs from Americans).

To be fair, none of the candidates was particularly strong on the amnesty issue.

Its often what they don’t say or do that tells you what you need to know.
If Romney won’t do it now, that is strongly defend the USC, then what makes anyone think he will do it as Prezbo?

Romney really doesn’t disagree with Obama about most things. He’ll be happy to “repeal and replace Obamacare” with Romneycare. They both support abortion, contraception, homosexual rights, etc.

The biggest difference between Obama and Romney is that Romney can get RINO and Democrat support for the same “progressive” agenda.

BTM, one thing that really irritates me, are the ones that call ANYONE NOT supporting MythRom an Obama supporter... I don’t think they get the bigger picture that we can at least partially contain Zero with a full house.. If MythRom is in position, all of our Reps will go along with whatever he passes :/

I am in NO WAY, SHAPE or FORM an ZERO supporter.. but the same goes for MythRom.. Either way is glum, but, like I mentioned, at least Zero is part way in a ‘box’..

Personally, I hope and pray that the convention can give us better options..

Other than that, we just have to see what happenes day by day here :p

Take care, my FRiend

Romney screwed the pooch, Obama ate the pooch. Six of one, half-dozen of the other.

we can't offend Hispanics

This is not an issue about Hispanics, Latinos, Immigration, Illegals or Amnesty. Obama wishes and hopes it will be.

The real issue (for real conservatives) is not what Obama did but HOW he did it.

I find it ironic that a RINO like Romney would out Conservative some of my conservative friends with his response.

It's The US Constitution at issue here
