Fk that. I don’t have an children but if I did....
The rub of the problem is that this man was a 'sexual pervert'; a CHILD molester*; kind of 'sweet' dream for many Libs; and so it is, in their minds; the perp himself is the only real victim here; and they are going to want more than a 'pound of flesh'.
Personally; would send the Father to 'anger management' classes; and leave it at that. As Judge; would include an admonishing reminder for the next perp; that people who decide to do 'horrid things to defenseless children'; ARE still taking a chance; that exactly what happened to this perverted thief of 'life'; could happen to them, should they 'go there'.
Sometimes Justice is swift and unplanned. These perps are the first to give Justice the invitation; they should not be surprised; should Justice answer; quickly and unexpectedly.
And just what makes you think that? Associating with the wrong people?
The vital information that is missing are details about the dead guy. At a particular point, the police have to identify him, and can no longer say they are trying to notify his relatives.
I can imagine some interesting bits if he was a Mexican national, working illegally.
I read newspaper accounts of this story days ago in Texas newspapers and everything seems to be as stated. The perp came there with other folks who witnessed the ordeal. The police have investigated, the child went to the hospital. Nothing about the story to raise eyebrows
With no eye witness to dispute the father’s version of events, I vote acquittal.
Even if he tied the monster to the bumper of his truck and drove off into a pond, acquittal.
Any thing that gets sexual gratification from injuring a child deserves to die and in the most excruciatingly painful way possible.
Killing horses for insurance fraud is a big business in the U.S. I know about it because I read.
It needs to be investigated..and speaking of that..do we have an ID yet on the dead perp? If not..why not? Somebody must know his name.
Trouble finding next of kin.Probably illegal alien
Now were there witnesses to what happened in this Texas case? Besides the father and the little girl?
Yes there were. The perp came with others who witnessed the goings on. There was a story in the Houston Chronicle earlier this week with better details
>>was it possible for the whole thing to be staged.....?<<
Well, I’m sure the four year old may be able to shed some light on this. Just the act of forcing the four year old back behind the barn, removing her under pants is all the evidence I’d need.
If I were that dad, I’d have beaten the guy just before death, revived him then beat him again until he passes out on deaths doorstep, then revive him once again and put a.45ACP slug right between his eyes....oh, right after I castrated the Meskin puke.
That 'summarily' sounds a bit too rational for the moment. Yes he beat him; but when the man stopped moving; was the Father 'sure' that he had been totally stopped; that he might not revive in a moment and return to harm? At what point, could the Father be certain that he was 'stopped' absolutely.
(At what point was 'he' rational enough to give thought to this. The very act itself; would 'draw a normal Father' TO the irrational).
A man who rapes a child (and so threatens the life of this child) invites the worst. The perp should not be surprised when it shows up. He should not claim 'foul'; nor should others claim 'foul' on his behalf.
Your screen probably need cleaning anyhow, so consider it a two-fer :-)
What if he wasn’t molesting his daughter and just decided to use that as his excuse for killing him for some other reason???
Why on Earth would you send someone to anger management class for doing the right thing? Rest assured though, no judge will ever have his hands on this case, there won’t be any charges brought. See if you can find the newspaper accounts from earlier in the week regarding this story. It looks like cut and dried protection of a child that ended badly for the perp
I missed the part of the story about dead horses
No bill.
Now, the possibilities that both are illegals plays into the lack of names in the story.
Only one problem with your supposition....there were witnesses who heard the little girl’s screams!
The bold blue is the problem. Is there any state that will take Austin and its residents off of Texas' hands?
I think you’re missing the point. Maybe I’ve seen to many murder mysteries, but if one were going to try and excuse a premeditated murder, this would be a plausible way to do it. Before we pronounce the Dad a hero here, there needs to be a hard look at the facts of the case.
Lack of the fathers name is because his daughter was the victim of a sexual attack, to release his name is to release the name of the victim. The perps name hasn’t been released because next of kin hasn’t been located. e was most likely an illegal Mexican natonal
