Romney's judicial appointments would certainly be better than Obama's...

HOWEVER

his appointments would still set back the conservative cause for decades. How many Souters and O'Conners would he be able to seat in 4 years? In 8? The GOP has, yet again, squandered a golden opportunity to repair the damage done to this country by the Democrats.

Good points. IMHO, Romney has not proven that he can be trusted to make conservative appointments to the SCOTUS. In fact, has he even promised to? Will he appoint “no litmus test” liberals?
