Somebody Magnaported my 629, before cutting it back to 4”. It’s VERY accurate, BTW. It’s more concealable than the longer barrels.

I've never been a fan of Magnaporting handguns, for two main reasons:

1) It increases muzzle blast. In a confined space like your car or an ATM vestibule, you can kiss your hearing goodbye.

2) If the bad guy has managed to get within arms length, so that I need to shoot from the hip, the Magnaporting will direct muzzle gases up at my face. This can create a fatal distraction.

Going for absolute reliability reasonable ease of transport/carry I would choose a 7.62 x 39mm AK-47 with folding stock & .45 auto pistol both will put your trustee of recreational chemistry down & they will stay down.

20 & 30 round drums are also available for target-rich environments.
